It has been a while since he has seen the Vizards... Granted, she is a Captain now, isn't she? It's to be expected he doesn't see her in Karakura anymore, and his visits to Soul Society to train never end up with running into each other...

So my wound is recovering well, and it seems the infection is settling well too. I was ordered to stop taking painkillers to prevent their secondary effects, and to endure the lingering pain I'm on (it's manageable, nothing too major, but obviously uncomfy)
