#AQMDChatter - this feels like a December 2015 moment at South Coast AQMD. The fossil fuel industry overplayed their hand and those who actually care about health were able to achieve even greater things. On Monday, we get back to work. Board members that voted “no” will understand we don’t give up.

The gassy emperor has no clothes. Pretty strong tidal wave of supporters for South Coast appliance rules in room. Workers, parents, students, seniors all out to support our health.
I am not at the SCAQMD board meeting, but the room is packed. I’m told that health and enviro activists far outnumber opponents of the 2 clean air rules being discussed.
