Everyday tip: if espresso is your game, do as the Italians do.
Espresso percolator. This particular unit passes the magnet test for an all electric induction stove.

Everyday tip: the old fashioned percolator for coffee. (Also inexpensive)
This one does not need a filter, so you eliminate the cost + waste.
Look for compostable packaging, perhaps you can support a local coffee shop or roaster that uses #FairTrade coffee.

Summary: silicone, wooden, and stainless-steel spatulas. Stainless and cast iron pans, remove plastics, esp. the black plastic, and bring back glass.
The black plastic info is crazy informative here, along with the plastics + heat + fats chemistry.
