So I'm working on an amigurumi pattern to hopefully release and decided to try YU/YO because I typically do YO/YO and I can see why people like this method. It looks really neat, reminds me of cross stitch a bit.

Grey Mist is the yarn I had on hand, Light Grey is the new one. In the first pic, I used the flash, in the second one is my typical lightning. I did start this project on a whim and it's entirely my fault for doing such lmao.

Okay chat, so that original grey is super warm toned. Here's 2 things I know: it was a Hobby Lobby yarn, & I got rid of the tag when I first caked it up. I'm probably going to stick to the new one (light grey) because it's less jarring but MAN. 2nd pic is my typical lightning.

Okay, so definitely fell victim to the dye lot curse so this hannya mask is just going to be extra crispy from here on out. I'm allowing it as it's my first time making a project this big. That's my excuse. Hopefully I will not be needing more grey.

Okay so! I started making these Frog and Toad amigurumis November of last year for my mom's birthday but didn't finish. Then I thought I'd do it for Christmas and nope, didn't happen. My goal is now mother's day and I think it'll happen because all I have to do is make pants for Toad 🤞
