The Parable of the Cat A crafter woke to diligently work on their project. They began to stitch vigorously, determined to finish their masterpiece. For several hours they continued at this pace until their cat approached. “Not now, Fluffy.” They said with mild annoyance as they brushed their cat aside. They did not wish to take a break and entertain them. But the cat persisted for several times after, each attempt met with rejection. A few moments later the crafter experienced a violent hand cramp. “Why Holy Fibre, would you strike me with that this ailment while I create?” Gasping in pain they came to a bitter realization. They had been given everything they needed to avoid such an outcome. Each time their cat came to visit them had been a gentle reminder to take a break and stretch. The Moral: Listen to your management!
