Harley’s latest cosplay: the Fairy Gourd-Mother 🎃 from Twistwood Tales is 80lbs of hand knitted yarn, including the wings, pumpkin prisoners, and bars. Even her head is knit inspired, the foam clay is twisted to look like stocking stitch! 🧶

The next year, I competed in the Icelandic NCC qualifier and won! In 2024, I represented not just Iceland but yarn cosplay as a whole on the international stage 🫶

It first led to me starting my own party princess company so my friends could invite "Anna" to their kids parties. This photoshoot doubled as a promotional shoot for my business.

This is the crocheted cosplay I am proudest of. I'm a huge fan of princess Anna and her aesthetic, and this cosplay changed my life in so many ways.

This is my very first fully made cosplay and it’s made entirely of yarn! I started it when I had only been crocheting for 6 months, inspired by the guild. It took 5 months, 370 hours and over 5000 meters of yarn!

am rebranding as RabbitOfMoon. Only once before did I consider combining the two hobbies with a cosplay based off of a Disney and Sailor Moon crossover fanart.

I plan to make the leaves with Tunisian-style crochet, but that will come a little bit later once I'm more comfortable with it. It's been very interesting returning to crochet after so long and definitely forces me to think in a much different angle.

"I'm notgrima, a Colorado-based cosplayer and seamstress of 14ish years. While primarily a fabric/sewing based crafter, I picked up a crochet hook for the first time in 20 years and learned the ways of amigurumi with some help from YouTube University™
