I am trying to figure out what is the difference between Pam Bondi, Noem and Maxwell. They all support convicted sex offenders and felons - Epstein and Trump. They are both involved in illegality yet only Maxwell is in a cosy lock up. I don’t get how the American system works

Just listened to a Jesse Jackson speech. The oratory and diction were a pleasure to listen to. Compare that to the rantings of the uneducated,uncouth, foul mouthed felon in the white house. One would have to pity the great America we used to know compared to what it has become.

I think he overstayed his Visa in 2009. I believe you apply for a green card BEFORE you reach the USA. This is a sad situation for this family and it was all totally unavoidable if the man had followed the law. He didn't - he's in detention. No Irish Gov should be defending intentional Law breaking.

How this woman is not ashamed to show her head outside of Ireland. She, her predessors and Secretarys of Defence have run Irelands Defence capability into the ground over the years resulting in the fact we now have to get other European Nations to do our defence. Their both a disgrace

This is a very sad story personaly for this couple. However, the fact remains that the man overstayed his visa since 2009 which makes him illegal. I'm listening to sob stories of illegal Irish Immigrants since the early seventies. Irish Governments obviously support this illegality.

I can’t see how black america, especially the sizeable number of the 74 mill who voted for him can stay silent In the light of this latest slur. The Uncle Tom’s of America are alive and well and when they are cleaning out white peoples houses and picking up the trash they just might get the message

During COVID I was able to get a UK passport on-line as I couldn’t travel on my Irish one. I recently renewed my Irish Passport on line and see no reason to have to travel to a passport office. Do they not post Irish passports to Belfast.?

With the knowledge that over 74m americans voted for Donald Trump and his cabal. There is a sizeable American population in this country who have not spoken up to condemn his actions against Europe and ergo Ireland, I think all Americans here should be viewed as suspicious and a possible threat.

I suggest they take their grievances to the new "Board of Peace". The Irish Milch Cow has now been made redudunant and there will be no more €42m of Irish Tax Payers money going to Hamas/UNRWA or other Palestinian affiliates

I don't think they condone politicians who support the kidnapping and traumatising and retraumatising of fellow politicians and civilians in support of water charge campaigners and then claim free legal aid in the courts on wages of €15000.00 +

As someone who no longer has to pay a punitive tax for inept and selective reporting I think the station should be privatised. RTE has not been impartial for years. Forgot its duty was to Report the news, not create it. I would gladly pay €100.00 for a licence for multi media, shared by all

Have I missed something here. The Convicted Felon Trump is thinking of intervening in Iran to stop them killing civilians while he’s sending storm troopers akin to the infamous Black & Tans in to cities in his own country to kill people with full impunity and immunit.
