given all the shit alhaitham does in canon he's a bit pathetic about kaveh whether he realizes it or not (he realizes it but bc it's alhaitham he also feels no shame.) however if kaveh actually realized this at any point he would pass out in a public space from embarrassment. like we're seeing them in a messy phase where kaveh's still navigating his feelings and alhaitham can't open his mouth without saying something brutally honest. when he starts applying that honesty to marriage kaveh's going to start living in constant fear of what he's capable of. he already does but it's more towards how alhaitham tends to piss off other people with his personality. in this case it would be alhaitham opening his mouth to say something completely sincere about his eyes or hair or appearance or bearing and kaveh would start screaming. like this is where I see them in five years. kaveh: you forgot your lunchbox alhaitham, with complete sincerity: I didn't, I wanted to see you again at work. Thank you. people surrounding the scribe in this meeting: kaveh: kaveh: I'M GOING. I'M GOING. GOODBYE. on an average day everyone outside the akademiya is wondering why kaveh is crouched outside the door hunched over and mouth open in a silent scream hands over his ears (it's alhaitham's fault.) average tavern conversation: student 1: what did the scribe say this time student 2: well u didn't hear this from me but the scribe was talking to a classmate when his husband passed by with a client and he stopped to look at him for a full 30 seconds until the client got spooked. student 1: did he actually get spooked though. student 2: no but I saw the light of kshahrewar do a full 180 and mouth STOP LOOKING AT MY BACK and then the scribe said "but you're beautiful" out loud student 1: ... is that why he's complaining at the bar today? student 2: ... yes I fully believe alhaitham has read enough fiction to have SRK type rizz he just needs to apply it to his interactions. he thinks it won't work on kaveh now but he will realize (w/ rigorous experimentation) that there are at least 300 different ways to embarrass him outside of bed. like literally kaveh will look up one day and be like "you know it would be nice to have external validation" wistfully at one stage of them actually dating and something will click in alhaitham's brain. and kaveh will regret saying anything at all for the rest of his life. it's also not like other people don't make note of this behavior alhaitham just doesn't care. everyone else can be bothered it's none of their business anyway maybe they should try liking their spouses too. one of the sages is like "oh you're clocking out on the dot haha is it because you want to see your husband" even though he knows alhaitham always does that. and alhaitham just completely deadpan/sincere goes "yes." and now EVERYONE in the room feels awkward except for alhaitham. full silence descending on the meeting room until he walks out and one of the other sages goes damn why can't my husband treat me like that and everyone else is getting chills because seeing the scribe express any emotion whatsoever let alone Wife Love is terrifying to them. if you are questioning if the SRK mention was a typo: it was not. this is in fact about the actor. i just think it would be funny if sumeru did a production of every SRK movie as a play.

I haven't finished veilguard so this tier list of dragon age characters (based solely on my preferences) is a WIP
tier list of dragon age characters! fenris gets his own tier because he is the love of my life. dragon age 2 characters get their own tier because obviously. S tier aka I ADORE them: dorian, sera, leliana, zevran, morrigan, cole, iron bull, josephine, emmrich, alistair, cassandra, vivienne, davrin, neve. A tier aka well written and I like them :) : bellara, lucanis, wynne, sten, dog (origins), shale, nathaniel howe, sigrun, velanna, harding, blackwall, justice (origins). B tier aka they certainly exist in writing and I can tolerate them in certain narratives: taash, solas. C tier: cullen. D tier aka dicks who are there for plot I guess: oghren, loghain. sebastian: I know veilguard attempts to redeem him and I think it is the funniest thing ever. Absolutely not.
