Somewhere in that person’s head is the thought that it would be nicer to eat in beautiful woods than in the car park of an industrial estate. Leaving the woods looking good is a harder notion for some reason.

Can anyone explain the rationale for believing that Welsh resources should not benefit Welsh communities?
