I liked him, but not at that price. He was a major contributing factor for why the Yanks didn't finish above the Jays. They needed just one of his blown saves back.

He is pocketing plenty of money. Just last year he was paid an extra $xxm by the Rays and they went to the WS the year prior. None of that was put back into the team

Which is just sad. The point I was trying to make is would it shock you if their actual revenue was $800m or even $900m? Aren't these just estimates?

I would love to know the Yankees revenue. I'm fully convinced Hal uses the team as his piggy bank.

I'm having a tough time believing that Hal and Cash aren't fully responsible... I know they're not the ones getting injured but I read somewhere the world series brought in an incremental $100 million in revenue and somehow payroll went down. With our minor league system combined we have no depth
