20th January 2021 I watch the poet Amanda Gorman recited her poem, "The Hill We Climb," on January 20, 2021 at Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Ms Gorman’s words were inspirational to say the least.
After Joe Biden won the elections I thought the USA had turned a corner.
What happened?

Would it work if the Trump Administration brought the US to its knees with their decision.
Then do a 180degree turn and get the accolades for fixing what they F***ked in the first place🤷‍♂️

@xelahart.bsky.social Perhaps Donald Trump is the best thing that has happened to the US.
You now realise how vulnerable your system of government is to attack and manipulation by individuals or individuals acting on behalf of a foreign agency.
I just do get it, it seems that no one cares😱

#WestPapua & #Gaza

West Papua holds two gold giants: Grasberg — world’s biggest & most productive gold mine (808 t), and Wabu Block (252 t), that’s 1,000 t — a 3rd of world’s yearly gold output. Big on mining, tiny on local benefit.

Indonesia promotes #RajaAmpat because it’s a stunning, “Instagram-worthy” paradise that draws tourists and investment, while keeping the rest of #WestPapua — rife with conflict and human rights issues—out of the spotlight.

Cape York, Queensland, Australia.
Above it is the divided Island of Papua.
The eastern end is Papua New Guinea.
The western end a former colony of the Netherlands called West Papua and invaded by Indonesia in 1962.
The people are terrorised, the resources are plundered, so why is the world silent?
