Best films are not always to films that you most often rewatch. Sometimes for comfort, sometimes for jokes, for all kind of reasons you may prefer to rewatch movies that are not necessarily the best. I watch Star Trek 6 more than Star Trek 2, though 2 was definitely the better movie.

But if Trump is actively using tariffs as a foreign policy tool, couldn't the supreme Court use this as an excuse to allow Trump to use tariffs however he wants.

And all those companies which put in all that money and time, believing in the government, are screwed. Those companies were put in a position where they had to follow the government directives and now they're screwed by those same government directives. It's standard operating procedure here.

So they demand companies put in a lot of money do things in a hurry, usually mess it up, and then when the ruling party changes they're screwed

Frankly the fact that it was an AI textbook was secondary. It was a sexy technology project mixed in with politics, and in these cases whoever is in power, believes overdoing is a good thing.
