📊 Analysing 28.6 million job ads with labour force stats in the UK, our research reveals the bidirectional relationships of how language in job ads shapes labour force gender and racial segregation & how labour force gender and racial composition shapes the wording of job ads.

We know that job adverts are important because they are the first point of contact between employers and potential job applicants, and job adverts also inform candidate selection, shortlisting, etc. down the line. academic.oup.com/pnasnexus/ar...
