Core ideas behind TOON (1/2)
✅Use YAML-style indentation for nested objects (no curly braces).
✅Use CSV-style tabular rows for uniform arrays of objects (declare fields once).
✅Add explicit array lengths ([3]) so the model can immediately validate structure.

TOON (Token-Oriented Object Notation) is open-source data serialization format that was publicly released just days ago. It is specifically engineered for the AI/LLM era: its single goal is to transmit the same structured data as JSON to large language models while using dramatically fewer tokens.

Pascal’s line is a banger because it nails the point: our strength isn’t muscle, it’s thinking. If we outsource that to “vibe-coding,” we end up as prompt routers who can’t debug our way out of a paper bag.

This is my personal view on Vibe coding.
I want non-engineers to enjoy Vibe coding to realize your ideas, not for real-engineers.
I believe this is the ideal of GutHub, which was discussed at last year's GitHub Universe about a future where 1 billion people will be developers.
