Made some sourdough this morning, for a first run it turned out great!

What are your favorite inclusions or sourdough recipes? What should I try next? 🤔

A huge aspect of regenerative farming is that you can rebuild ecosystems.

We aim to foster the systems that continue to tend to our health.

We have a friend that has incorporated a tree nursery into their green waste plant to help replace what they turn over.

What if that was the standard.

Taking a break from our regular broadcast to share these neat oreo cows we saw this weekend.

After a quick search I now know these are Belted Galloway cows - cool!

What do you give back to your local ecosystem?

That’s a loaded question. Many people today are so disconnected from our farming community that they hardly know where their food comes from - or for that matter how it’s grown.

One of the leading faces of US Regenerative Agriculture will be working with Thomas Massie to heal our farmland and our communities - so thankful to have people bringing attention to this movement!

What we find on our dinner plate makes it’s beginning in our soil. This graphic shows how combining biochar and straw in compost feeds those amazing microorganisms that feed our plants.

Oklahoma - are you cool with this?!

My in laws live in that red line. Wondering how much farmland and family land will get scooped for sake of “renewable energy”.

Anyone heard of resonant energy fields? Windmills are not all they’re chocked up to be…

Food IS medicine - but not the food you have on your table today.

Let’s talk.

From pesticides to preservatives to genetic modification our food is NOT what it used to be.

The nutrient density in a single cabbage quarters that of a cabbage grown less than a hundred years ago.

Why would that be?
