thank you for adding "a little luck" in there. I have seen people get upset with themselves for getting sick after doing everything "right". Sometimes, it really is a little luck! Glad you had a nice well deserved vacation and made it home safely! ❤️

my dermatologist "prescribed" one for me. I found a new derm. I was aghast biotin has been known for quite some time to interfere with thyroid panels.

did you listen to the podcast Against the rules by Michael Lewis? it was excellent. I knew nothing about on line sports betting and when I was done, I couldn't (still cant) believe all of this is legal. there was an episode about the supreme court that was fascinating
