Sure. To find new people to follow from fedi, I check Bridgy's followings everyday. It seems like Bridgy hasn't followed anyone today, and I believe it didn't follow much people (if at all) yesterday either.
Also, there are a few successfully (?) bridged accounts despite not being followed by Bridgy
