I'm confused about this thing? Does the Oxford English dictionary not attempt to catalog all words in the language and their first printed usage? I assumed this included all English. Does this mean there's an American English Oxford and Australian etc?

Not sure what an Edmonton is but I'd volunteer for the position if I could find a job that sponsors me for a work permit...
