Dr. Sundaram gave a great overview on the approaches he is using to model basic cellular processes.

#YaleCSEI had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Nicolas Chevrier (Assoc Prof at #UChicagoPME) today! Dr. Chevrier presented on using his group's ArraySeq technique to conduct spatial genomic profiling on whole-murine sections. An interesting approach to analyze organism-wide responses to perturbations!
