what dosage are you on? i’m on 54mg methylphenidate but have it prescribed as either an 18mg + 36mg or as 27mg twice daily to help with ‘mini’ titrating back to a full dose in situations like this. might be worth speaking to your GP/psychiatrist - doing it like that shouldn’t impact your shared care
