I bought my first base guitar off Chris Layhe when he worked at Curly Music in Liverpool. Also remember being the back of a transit van with the Icicle Works equipment going to the Sheffield Leadmill, and Tony dropping us off at home after the gig. Great times.!

Went to see that myself yesterday, and also the Leigh Bowery exhibition which is also on at the @tateModern. Both brilliant.

I think it’s on well into the New Year. It’s excellent. Some wonderful photos and audio from the very early days.

Winston used to belong to my cousin Paul. Borrowed it a couple of times in the 80’s to make recordings.

Absolutely fantastic night. Massive Attack were incredible. I hadn’t heard Liz sing live since the Cocteau days. Her voice sounded as magical as ever.
