And here's 2/2! It was an amazing season! Thanks again for all the love and care in remastering this, Skunkape! I was shocked watching old footage and seeing how different it was- this season looked like how playing the old game *felt.* #samandmax
It's an old poster advertising a Frankenbugs stream! (see post for times and url). Against a gold patterned background, Sam and Max are in a conga line of duplicates of Sam wearing glittered, gold sequined short shorts. Sam appears Mortified, in the middle, blue suit against the gold background and golden dogs, hands on the shoulder of the partying dog before him. Behind him, Max seems to be copping a feel, his other finger in the air to the music, grinning, having a Great time. The Sam clones are excitedly falling over one another- some with tongues out, some just looking somewhat affable. One, falling into another, holds a stuffed white rabbit that somewhat resembles Max. The one person it looks down to Max with a delighted smile. Everyone outside of Sam is having a wonderful time. The background is overlaid grid patterns to suggest the sequined shorts, warped and curved in places. The text for the show (tonight) the url (twitch.tv/facefullabugs) and times (8:30 PST, 10:30 CT, 11:30 EST) are in a butter yellow font, with a very slight underglow. It's an old show poster for a Frankenbugs stream (tonight at 8:30 PST/10:30 CT/ 11:30 EST). On desk surface drawn over with the doodles Max draws on Sam's detective's notebook are a series of burned pictures. Sam and Max on the moon, Sam and Max in a chase with Max tucked in Sam's arm, Sam and Max getting married and Sam staring after Sal in the background as he wades shirtless through the morning waves, Sam and Max sleeping in bunkbeds, Sam and Max in the presidental motorcade with Superball driving and Sam dressed as Jackie Kennedy, Sam sleeping on the beach and Max burying him as a horrific mermaid thing, Sam and Max Highway Surfin' atop a car, Sam and Max at a rest stop with horrific dinosaurs on it, Sam and Max as children with Max sat on Sam's shoulders- Sam eating a fudgesicle and Max with dual corndogs. In every picture, Max is burned out of the image almost with absolute totality. Sam's hand lingers atop the pile of pictures, framing him and Max as children with his finger and thumb.
