A West Yorkshire Early Years Workforce Plan has been developed by Bradford Birth to 19 and West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Informed by researchers, including Y-PERN Policy Fellow Tom Haines-Doran, it aims to create huge improvements in Early Years provision across the region.
