I still consider myself a networking newbie, but by now I’ve become very comfortable with OPNsense, OpenWrt, VyOS, Mikrotik, and even Debian as a dedicated router/firewall. But in the end, MikroTik/RouterOS just resonates most with me. I think it’s finally time to pull the trigger on a CCR.
