Be warned that it's for the most part a tower defense/escort mission game, but it has some light action game elements and takes a lot of the same Shinto mythology inspirations as Okami. Early game seems pretty repetitive so far though

So obviously there's the first one, but then there's Okami Den on the DS. While not officially an Okami sequel, the recently released Kunitsu Gami Path of the Goddess shares a lot of DNA with it that it's got Okami costumes and even new takes on some music, including a new version of "The Sun Rises"
