#Somalia is also experiencing a similar situation after the declaration of independence of Somaliland and the recent conflict in Jubbaland. #AlShabaab and other groups continue to threaten the territorial integrity of the government in Mogadishu, which also receives support from the #US and #Turkey.

This seems to be the proposal of the #UnitedStates, which has been accepted by the government's opponents. However, General al-Burhan does not want to talk to anyone and prefers to extend the civil war indefinitely. #SaudiArabia and other countries are not on the side of the current regime.

The division in a country that has lost a large part of its territory, particularly in the south, can only be resolved with another agreement that satisfies both sides in the conflict. That is, the government retains one part of the territory and the RSF controls the other.

Some changes may occur, especially on the political and economic front, but #TelAviv will maintain the support of its biggest ally, the #UnitedStates, which continues to prioritize the Abraham Accords to maintain the security of the Jewish state in the region

The peaceful path to maintaining two states seems to please neither the Palestinians nor the Israelis, who intend to resolve the problem by force. The Old Continent's attempt to isolate #Israel will have few consequences other than preventing attacks against #Gaza and southern #Lebanon.

British positions are the only ones that can alter Israeli behavior due to their influence and history in that part of the world. However, there seems to be little respect for what the British have managed to do for both sides of the conflict.

Spain was one of the first to show disagreement with the Tel Aviv bombings by recognizing the territorial integrity of #Gaza. #UK and #France, which have much more political weight in the region, opted for the same path. Italy went further by cutting diplomatic relations with #Netanyahu.

The biggest problem for #Trump will be convincing #Russia to end the war against #Ukraine. His old friend #Putin is also unwilling to demonstrate military and political strength in front of the Americans.

Despite these victories, the #WhiteHouse has still not managed to find a balanced solution to the problem between #Israel and #Palestine without having to support one side. However, there are some signs that the #UnitedStates is willing to support a two-state solution.

On the foreign front, there were great achievements of this President, especially the various peace agreements that were signed. Cambodia and Thailand have not resumed hostilities, Armenia and Azerbaijan sat down at the table much later, and India and Pakistan are now able to speak with each other.

especially with the end of press freedom, did not materialize, nor did the attempt to control Congress, despite the Republicans having a majority in the House of Representatives and the Senate. The measures he implemented do not risk impeachment if the Democrats win the midterm elections in 2026

namely, ending the "wokism" that marked the #Biden administration. The country turned completely to the right overnight, but some believe that only normality in the functioning of the government has been restored. Fears that a path towards totalitarianism would be defined,

The recent attacks on #Qatar and the continued presence of troops on the border with #Lebanon, two American friends in the region, have already put Tel Aviv's state of grace in jeopardy.

It won't be easy to convince the Israelis to accept this plan, even if they recover all the hostages. However, #Netanyahu is completely dependent on #Washington's decisions, for better or worse, regardless of who sits in the #WhiteHouse.

The plan presented by #DonaldTrump for the future of #Gaza is unlikely to be accepted by #Hamas. The group that maintains control of the territory would rather fight Israeli forces until the last minute than surrender, and the militants have no intention of living in exile.

There is a path to peace here, and more importantly, it fosters hope for a two-state solution— #Palestinian and #Israel, but that's another issue that needs to be resolved later. The priority is to end the bombings and surgical strikes, as happened on October 7, 2023.
