Like this but in 3d, trackable by a face cam, and reacts to my mouth to opens upward in response. Bonus points if you can make the eyeballs googly. No deadline currently, I'm mostly looking for proof of concept and estimate budgets at this point. Was told by a friend that it would be difficult.

This is kind of a cop out answer. The information can still be useless and weird even if it's your job. It's not like arcane vg knowledge is free for the picking. your service is arguably finding it and distilling it to a presentable package, but that's not a value judgement on the knowledge itself

My working knowledge of how this is actually supposed to work with software is very low, so if you could guide me on recommended ways of doing this, that would be a huge help. I would be looking for the commission of the model, but also recommendations on software to use to make it work.
