When I get like this I try to remember that sometimes when I recieve a(n) email/text/DM I will usually look, get distracted and completely forget to respond. You're killin' it by being a quick responder, don't let it kill you in return

Diagnosed at 34 years old. Started medication shortly after that. The first thing I did was pick up a book and read a short passage. I was nearly in tears when I was able to read a whole paragraph just once and didn't have to go back to re-read it.
