It’s a running joke in my house that I had a full-blown meltdown, ugly-cry over a turkey and cranberry sandwich and the fact that I couldn’t eat more… life is weird and sandwiches are amazing.

Sort of… I use little details and mannerisms from random people I’ve met. Even the parts that are ‘me’ are just bits and pieces scattered over all my projects.

I do, and am being evaluated for hyper mobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome.
Most types of exercise are going to work against you and can cause further joint issues. I was told doing weight and strength training was the best option. But start with strength training just using your own body weight.
