Yeah, they just like go right up the seem in the middle and then they cut them out like halfway up the pubic area. It was a small incision too. Iirc it started to feel kind of bruised a few days later, but never hurt. They left the scrotum for later bottom surgery.

Orchi is a super easy recovery. There will be some swelling , try not to mess with it. 0 pain post op, never needed painkiller, and literally went out for sushi after leaving the surgery clinic.
