It's funny people know it's not a tangible currency so they can't frame it as "stolen" so instead they have to argue from the viewpoint of gems being "exploited and not earned".
But if the gems are added to your account because of Konami's mistake, as far as I'm concerned that's "earned".

The "MMO" conceit to the game almost never mattered as you were almost never pushed to interact with other players. After the team was done with major updates, who would want to stick around and play in an empty void?

46 House Dems seemed perfectly powerful enough to vote in favor of the Laken Riley Act that expands the power to deport. There's also many non-voters involved.

I find this incident interesting as a parallel to how Hearthstone had its entire "Great Dark Beyond" expansion found in the collection. All the cards were just visible to anyone with a copy of the game. No punishments for screenshoting that and posting online.

I feel #1 is peak YOU and your personality but doesn't highlight the archetype much. So #4 is a perfect compromise of both you and the Melodious.
