SMS gateways, DLT registration and stuff are way too complicated now. So much “illusion” of security and spam prevention and I still get spam SMS daily.
Even for just basic SMS needs of sending OTP it’s like 6k/annum for DLT charges along with whatever the Gateway/API provider chargers (0.25/sms).
