If it becomes easy to override Charter rights at the first instance, then the Charter will soon no longer be worth the paper that it’s written on, which is especially concerning for queer and trans people.

DULF formed a compassion club in 2022 and used donated funds to buy cocaine, meth and heroin off of the dark web. They tested these drugs to ensure no toxicity, then sold them at cost to their 47 club members in Vancouver’s Downtown East Side.
