So there are a few shoe companies that do produce goods in US. I looked it up and one shoe in USA is $199. The overseas version that’s similar is $75. Not entirely sure if the USA one has parts shipped from overseas though… but the price difference is insane.

If companies change DEI programs to EDI, then DOGE won’t detect it when they CTRL+F, right? They’ll think it’s Electronic Data Interchange instead.

As someone whose family works in the importing industry for companies worldwide…. We Americans are sooooooo fucked. One group of items we make for our customers are now at a 78.4% tariff. It was 34%. Another group 93.5%. Shop thrifted everyone.

#Yosemite during off season was beautiful. The trails were basically empty and had lots of parking! Bowie was a champ walking dog friendly trails at 17.5yo.
