While US cuts off Ukraine from aid. Russia has just attacked Odesa. One person died and critical infrastructure was damaged. Part of the city is left without electricity, water, and heat, reports Oleh Kiper.

Also a missile hit an empty sanatorium, almost completely destroying the building.
