Third week of Aug 1981, I had a short stop in Würzburg. Seven weeks later, I met an older lady on Mykonos named Amalthea. She made the most delicious baklava. Flaky, with just the perfect amount of sugar. It was sublime.
The trip to Damascus, not so much.
