While i live in Melbourne Australia I’m originally from Pennsylvania Dutch country. So on New Year’s Day I make pork mash potatoes and sauerkraut for good luck in 2025.

Absolutely do not mess with me this Christmas!
So this is my gardening project this year. I did the same thing a couple of years ago but all the same color. Not sure which I like best. It’s newly planted so will fill in as I’m in Australia and summer starts Sunday.
