It’s incredibly disappointing to hear the same phrase from three different doctors, each from different specialties, all of whom are consultants and department heads. They’re supposed to be leaders in their fields, guiding the next generation.

Is it wrong for me to seek my baseline and understand where I currently stand? I'm doing this to make informed decisions for my future and to protect myself against a condition that could seriously harm my well-being.

However, my doctor was not pleased that I asked for the test, deeming it unnecessary and suggesting I should avoid "stressing" over it—despite the fact that condition B could result in serious complications.
