I’ve never done an hour but I’ve done many solo improvisations. I’ll probably hit an hour soon once I get better and more versatile equipment but where I’m at I mostly just go wild for 7-10 minutes.

I really liked Metal, Electronic and Pop in particular this year but there’s just been so much good music it’s hard to narrow it down. I will agree though that mainstream rap has been falling quite a bit in quality though
