I have a question that maybe someone could answer? Is as follows...If there are rules and vetting to be followed for pardons from the President, and this process is not being follwed. Does this mean all these pardons are null and void?

No wonder Trumps going hysterical. Women are taking him down one by one. I.e. women coming into office by election , gutzy reporters, the brave epstein survivors,with more to follow for sure.
