Habe keine Erfahrung mit Tintenrollern, aber ich fülle die wasserfeste Plantinum Carbon Ink (und alle anderen Tinten, die ich halt sonst verwende) einfach immer mit einer kleinen Spritze in jede x-beliebige leere Patrone. Für mich funktioniert das gut und es geht super schnell.

Where I live, there are social workers at mental health or counseling centers. They usually “get” the system and know where to point or whom to trust. Might not be the same over there, though.
