im not a doctor but NSAIDS are not great to take every day. if you feel the need to take painkillers daily that is probably a sign that ur overdoing it and if its joint pain and not muscle pain you may be lifting things the wrong way

stretching! and a nice shower! take little walks to work out the soreness as well (and stretch after). depending on the job they are usually required by OSHA to give you time to stretch and warm up before work as well.
