Because I love Paul Tibbitt's Era because I love Storys more than Animation.

No I think he mean it is was produced in 1080p and than was release in 480p with it borders cut

It probably because the episodes was produce up to the storyboard stage for Season 9A than when they switch showrunner the episode for 9A was probably still in storyboard stage and not animation.

So the animation for 9A & 9B was combined together for animation, but was developed at different times.
