If you ever wonder if most things will get by me while using ChatGPT to edit my writing, just know that I adhere to the same rules that I've given it, stored in it's memory. At least between it and me, I follow this rule strictly because writing "Ekho echoed" kills me on impact.

I've been using ChatGPT to run through what I write in case I like the pacing/wording better. I'm getting to know how it writes pretty well to strictly avoid those sentence structures, words, phrases, etc.

Losing my blender file of Ekho's horns wrecked my world for a full week. I spent 8+ hours making it again. Back-ups to my email, husband's & mom's email. GDrive, discord to my husband and 2 friends. Might even burn it to fuckin' disc. I am not losing this shit again lol

Pattern recognition has helped me identify the "ChatGPT voice" while using it for various things. It doesn't follow my rules all the time to avoid these things, and I have a heavy hand in revision passes to my writing. But having this as a reference helps me understand it.
