My therapist isn't always fully informed on LGBTQIA+ stuff in particular, but at least she's genuinely kind and curious. She asks and we talk it out and at least she'd know enough to not make THAT suggestion. Gawt damn.

Good gracious... Hope you find someone better ASAP. I know the struggle too with telehealth and insurance and all that madness. 😖 It shouldn't be this hard to get care in general let alone compassionate, informed care.
