For Elphie and TTPD, I was also thinking Cassandra, because nobody believed her, except for a select few, and even then, Glinda turned on her. And towards the end of the movie, even BDILH, because she did what she wanted, and nobody could talk her out of it.

I think Elphaba is rep/Midnights/TTPD. Glinda, because she’s so naive, I’m think more debut/Fearless. Fiyero seems like Speak Now/1989.
