The tone of seasons 1&2 was much lighter. Season 3 is very dark and I can understand why it would feel dry if you’re not already invested in the delight that is Belinda.

That’s exactly like Portland in 2020 - based on the news, you’d have thought the entire city was burning. It was a few blocks downtown. Living 2 miles from the epicenter, it was like nothing was happening. But law enforcement managed to find reasons to declare it a “riot” every night and use force 🤬

Fascinating how white men can cover other white men without bias. But when anyone else covers a community they understand from the inside, their voices can't be trusted. Better let the white men cover EVERYONE because they're the only ones who can see clearly, no favoritism, no prejudice. 🥸
