Im black and my Cis boyfriend wants to raise kids in a safe neighborhood, just means a place with low to no rape/Abduction chances for our children. It most certainly has nothing to do with races as there are many unsafe white dominated territories, aswell as hispanic, asian, and so on, you racist.
