That's Trump. I am just going to assume every redacted name is Donald trump until proven otherwise. If he wants to clear it up, he's welcome to unredact the files.

There's a reason they choose that platform to spend their time on. It's a perfect place for sociopaths to circle-jerk-- a platform where honesty, critique, and emotion is not just uncommon-- it's shunned.
The reality is to be that high up, you have to step on people along the way.

Unfortunately, LinkedIn bots are the exact kind of personality that are in leading positions all over. You'll see similarities, because a lot of these people match the average LinkedIn power-user.
Corporate, "professional", and, most important of all: completely apathetic.

It should be more normal to either
1) Have a forum made for your game specifically and reward players for interacting with it.
2) Ask for feedback via a form in game and offer a reward for answering.

People go to Reddit just to complain. FromSoft wouldn't exist if they listened to Reddit.

Great changes all-around. I especially like the ability to change s-mods at a heavy credit cost. I think that's a really good change for late game

If the data being pulled is from AI more than actual human art, it will lead to enshittification.
Over time it will slowly erode and get worse and worse unless the technology for *detecting* 'AI' 'art' is forever better than the actual 'art' it makes. In which case it just sucks anyways.

This, and also in the long-term it will actually get worse if it becomes more common than human-made art.
We don't have AI. A hypothetical AI has sentience, a conscious, and original thought. LLMs do not have that. They just pull pieces from elsewhere and present it in a new package.

Thanks for the answer! I'll probably just either make a custom entity for the shield, or learn to make a "planet" texture that looks like a station with rotation in that case.

Very kind of you to answer c: do you prefer these questions on the forums?

That is amazing news, I had no idea! I'll hunt it down next time I'm adjusting my modlist

Makes sense! Thank you c:

Mainly just heavily modded games. Sometimes your storage has hundreds of weapons and finding them from the icon can be tough, so a search function would help.
Other than that, mainly just adds a bit of speed and QoL to the inventory.
Weapon dialog search would also be really good!

Any plans to possibly allow the player to create space stations with some limited functionality on them?
(Similar to Pirates / Pathers)

The UI improvements were so good in this update!
Are there any plans to include search functionality in inventory screens? I'm guessing there's a reason nobody's implemented a system like this themselves by now, but it's one of my very very few gripes with the game.

Thanks for your reply!
And no problem, easily one of the best video game purchases I've ever made.

Do you think it had a positive, or negative impact?

BSky deleted 2 of my addendums, not sure why.
Basically, a large video showing a product key to your game was released. I opted to buy instead, and was surprised by how lax the key was.
Considering the average video game clock through rate is ~0.3%, and the video has 8.5million views...

The reason I ask you, is because when I bought Starsector, I was extremely surprised by how relaxed the product key was. Unlimited devices, no "lease limit", etc.

And on this video, a key was shown publicly. It's a very rare case where a semi-reliable anecdote exists.

Considering the video is at about 8.5milliom views, and average click through rate on video game ads(closest comparison I could get to the situation) sits at around 0.3%, do you have a perceived impact on business you'd be willing to share?
