So happy for my #XLH community in the UK -- NICE has finally approved access for adults to the only effective treatment, burosumab. xlhuk.org/nice-decisio... Kudos to patient advocates there for their hard work in guiding NICE to the right decision.
NICE decision gives UK-wide access to burosumab - XLH UK
Amended guidance from NICE means that adults with XLH across UK can now access burosumab on the NHS if their physician recommends it.
